The position requirements/information:
 * BC/BE MUST be IM, will not accept FP
 * No Procedures
 * Open ICU
 * 2 MDs and 1 NP on during the day, 1 Nocturnist and NP on at night
 * No Codes; ER and Intensivists run codes
 * Shift hours are 7a-7p, 7p-7a
 * EMR is EPIC
 * ICU has 14-beds
 * Hospitalists round on 15-18 patients per day, including discharges and admissions.
 * Full Sub-Specialty back-up
 * Can Credential in less than 2 weeks
