Large hospital employed group in Baltimore with 18 physicians is looking to grow. The schedule will consist of about 16 shifts per month. Half of those shift would be rounding on service 11 to 15 patients, average 13 patients for an 11 hours day (4-5 days blocks), The other half of the shifts will be admission only shifts in 1-3 day blocks (average admission is 5/shift). Must work 2 night shifts. Work at only one hospital. No ICU work and no procedures. Competitive starting salary plus quality/performance bonus. Base salary is adjusted based on experience.
