A growing hospitalist group on Martha's Vineyard Island Massachusetts is looking to add an additional inpatient physician. There are already eight doctors in the primary care group and four hospitalists on staff. The high patient volume has lead to another opening. You will work a block schedule 7;The average daily census is 12-15 and there is an increase during the summer tourist ;You do not need to do any critical care work as the hospital has sub specialists. The group is offering a first year negotiable income guarantee and compensation will shift to full RVU bonuses in year two. Malpractice, relocation, and full benefits are provided as well.
