A growing hospitalist program is hiring in central Minnesota



  • Join 7 full-time hospitalists

  • 7on/7off schedule - only 2-3 weeks of nights per year

  • Schedule – 12 hours shifts with 2-3 weeks of nights, rest of the shifts are days.

  • Hospitalists will cover ICU & Med/Surg 

  • Average inpatient practice volume per day: Med Surg-71 / ; Average daily census on unit: 50-60

  • Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance.

  • Internal Medicine or Hospitalist Residency, or Family Medicine with Hospitalist experience

  • Excellent benefits including self-insured malpractice, tail coverage, short and long-term disability and retirement
