Permanent or Locum Tenens hospitalist position in East Central Mississippi. You can work 7 on 7 off schedule or a hybrid model. You will have to do vent management and central lines. The hospital has over 300 beds and has almost every specialty. The hospital averages 48,000 ER visits a year, 1200 deliveries per year and has a daily census of 110. The salary is $200k per year of day time schedule and $240k per year for the night schedule. They offer 25k for quality bonuses: measures outcomes, ER within 30 minutes, medical records, core measures such as satisfaction, verbal telephone orders, etc. The CCU has 18 beds and has a census of 15 and the TCU (swing bed) has 23 beds and an average of 12.
