·         Starting in October- on going

·         7on7off preference, 12 hour shifts

·         Minimum shifts per month: 7

·         Average daily census: 16

·         Average # of admissions: days 3-4, nights 9

·         Will not be required to take calls

·         6 hospitalists on day shifts, night shifts

·         All sub-specialties available 

·         Hospitalists not required to back-up the ED

·         NO ICU Involvement, open

·         Hospitalists will be 1^st responder for codes

·         Number of bed: 14 (in house Intensivists)

·         IM and FP candidates

·         BC or BE

·         No procedures required

·         Time to credential estimates to be 30- 60 days with MT license
