Hospitalist position is available at long term acute care hospital in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Join a 4 person physician group. This is a small critical care position. The hospitalist cover 24/7 call. You will work 12 hours in house and then 12 hours on call over night. You will RARELY have to go in, as all admissions and discharges are scheduled. You will have do vent management. They offer full sub specialist support. You will work a 7 on 7 off schedule. Only 1 block is 24 hour shifts and the other block is just in house 12 hours, while the other doc takes night ;Pay is $100 hour first year of contract and $110 hour second year onward. For the 24 hour shifts, they are compensated for a 14 hour shift rather than a 12 hour ; $20,000 commencement bonus tied to 2 year commitment and $5000 relocation. They will also offer RVU ;
