June 11th at 7am - June 17th at 5pm
June 25th at 7am - July 1st at 7am
July 12th at 7am - July 19th at 7am
July 25th at 7am - August 1st at 7am

Call and clinic
Must feel comfortable working alone
Must be actively working for case log credentialing criteria
139 licensed bed hospital
Other specialties at this location: OBGYN, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Wound
EMR=Epic
Orientation is in-person and is scheduled one day prior to first shift
Need to have a full MI license, DEA, and Cs3
Medical School on California approved list
Residency from ACGME Approved list
No large malpractice issues
Clear NPDB
Requirements: MI License, BC in Peds
