Growing hospital employed hospitalist group in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area needs another hospitalist. There are 4 hospitalists and 2 Nurse Practitioners in the practice.  Work 16 shifts per ;7 days on and 7 days off, 7pm to ;Average 5 night admits. Round in ICU, no procedures at all. The hospitalist do respond to codes. They are offering a $220,000 starting base salary and $20,000 in incentive bonuses, malpractice with tail, relocation and an excellent benefits package that includes health/dental/vision, 401K with match, life and disability insurance, $2,000 CME allowance and paid licensed and DEA.
