Seeking Passionate Physician to Join Established Hospital Medicine Team

What You'll Do:

• Manage the care of adult inpatients across various medical conditions, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care.


• Collaborate effectively with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing patient care.


• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.


• Document medical histories, progress notes, and other clinical information accurately and thoroughly.


• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.


• Eligible for New York State licensure and a DEA registration.
