The successful candidate will embrace a team-based care approach that includes social service interventions/support, nutrition, a clinical pharmacist, and behavioral health services.
In addition to HIV care, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C treatment, PrEP, PEP and general infectious disease consults will also be provided.
