-Multispecialty Primary Care Group
-Outpatient-Only
-This location has 2 FP, 1 IM, 1 Pediatrician and 1 NP
-See approximately 22 patients per day
-8:30-5:30 daily
-No evenings or call 
-1 or 2 Saturdays per month, w/ day off during week to compensate
