  • Hours:Mon, Wed, Thur, & Fri: 8am - 5pm Tuesday: 8am - 7pm

  • Compensation: - $180,000 - $200,000 based on experience
    - Sign-on Bonus and Relocation package negotiable
    - Quarterly bonus structure for all providers

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - SC License REQUIRED
    - 2+ years of experience REQUIRED
    - Travel between locations REQUIRED
