  Responsibilities:
  - Obtain patient histories and performing physical examinations
  - Order or perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  - Review all lab and imaging results
  - Prepare surgical packet for OR cases for the supervising physician by completing H&P, and reviewing each chart to ensure that the doctor has all that is required
  - Develop and implement a treatment plan
  Qualifications:
  - 1-year experience preferred
  - APN license
  - BLS Certification
