  • Hours:Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM | Only Weekend Work will be a Rotation of Checking Labs Just 4 - 5 Times Per Year

    - Requires 18+ months of post-training Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience.
    - Current or Pending CO License. No Restrictions.
    - This position provides high-quality acute, chronic, and preventive care across the full age span, collaboratively with the SSHC multidisciplinary integrated health team.
    - The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
