    - You will also receive up to 3 days or the equivalent of 24 hours of paid time off per year to complete CME courses.
    - AFC Urgent Care will contribute 80% towards the monthly insurance premium for individual employee coverage for medical coverage, and 100% for the monthly insurance premium for individual employee coverage for our vision and dental plan.
