• Hours:Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday 8 AM - 12 PM

• Average Patients seen: 17-22
• Call Schedule: 1 Month per Year Rotation

• Compensation: $175K - $180K Plus Bonus Incentives 10% of Gross Salary | Based on Productivity, Quality Improvement, and Community Outreach/Provider Conduct
