Key Qualifications:



  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington (or application in progress)

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent (for NPs) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification required

  • Experience in primary care or a related field preferred

  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting a plus, but not required
