  • Employed through a large, integrated health system that includes 380 physicians

  • BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • ATLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required

  • 24-hour shifts (would consider 12-hour shifts, if preferred)

  • Based at a fully licensed and accredited 25-bed not-for-profit critical access facility that Includes multiple clinics

  • Position located in Southeastern Illinois, one hour from Charleston, Illinois/Terre Haute, Indiana; two hours from Indianapolis
