Internal Medicine physician needed to join single specialty group between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois. You will do outpatient work and inpatient work. The call schedule is 1 in 5 office patients only. You will work with 2 Nurse Practitioners. The hospital that you are affiliated with has 72 beds. They have a 14 bed ICU. This community is centrally located between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois. This community has several outdoor regional activities including: golf, hiking, trails, lakes and parks, fishing and hunting. The housing is very affordable and they have excellent private and public schools
