Patient and Procedure Mix

All aspects of primary care for an adult population, including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of patients; preparing and reviewing patient charts; prescribing medications; performing outpatient procedures; coordinating with physicians in the hospitalist program to care for patients when hospitalized and providing appropriate follow-up after discharge. Also includes supervision of mid-level providers and responsibilities to hospice program.

Hospital Privileges

A 64-bed acute care facility accredited by the Join Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Services include medical-surgical care, obstetrics, pediatrics, intensive care, telemetry monitoring, outpatient services, emergency services, urgent care services, radiology, ultrasound, mammography, computer tomography, nuclear medicine, respiratory care, physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Compensation

This is an employed position with a base salary and RVU component. Relocation expenses, disability, malpractice, medical and dental, paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipend.
