• A Multi-Specialty group in Reno Nevada is looking to hire Primary Care physicians for several of their locations.


• BC/BE


• Both urban or rural opportunities


• The group has  40 Primary Care physicians and 20 Advance Practitioners throughout their different locations


• They are adding Primary Care physicians due to vision and growth


• Outpatient only


• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5


• Call is 1:18 (lite call only) calls first go to a call center where a medical assistant will first triage the call and ; If the patient needs additional help then the doctor on call will be ;


• Patient census average: 20-25 patients per day


• EMR – Epic

Salary:

• First year is income guarantee with the base salary ranging from $220k – $250k


• Year two and beyond – is based on RVU production + quality bonus with the potential of making around $250k

Extra Bonuses
