• Additional Info: We are experiencing significant growth and expansion and are seeking a Medical Director to direct the clinical delivery and coordinate the activities of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, clinical staff, and clinical operations. **Our clinics provide both primary care and urgent care.**
  We are seeking someone credible, honest and authentic who is a strong collaborator and works to empower others.
  Responsibilities:
  - Deliver medical care and clinical services such as cost management, utilization review, quality assurance, infection control, and medical protocol development
  - Oversee the clinical staff, including the recruiting and credentialing processes, training, ongoing education, and performance management.
  - Monitor the quality and appropriateness of medical care
  - Provide guidance and leadership for performance guidelines
  - Can work clinically but will work administratively 90% to 95% of the time.
  REQUIRED:
  - Leadership experience
  - NY License
