  • Compensation: Compensation range from 212K to 300K, depending on position, not including bonuses or incentives.
    -Compensation plan gives consideration to years of experience post-residency as well as specialty and sub-specialty board ;/li>

    STAFF PHYSICIAN/MEDICAL DIRECTOR:
    -Physicians provide direct clinical care and have some administrative responsibilities.
    -Provide medical evaluation and treatment services, including providing all evidence-based treatments for opioid use disorders.
    -Administrative tasks include local oversight and participation in quality initiatives
    -Clinic physicians, with guidance from the medical director, participate in local revenue cycle and productivity management
    ASSISTANT UNIT CHIEF:
    -Provide leadership & education for physician staff as well as serve as an attending physician, evaluating and treating patients as part of a
    multidisciplinary team.
    -70% clinical, 15% teaching, and 15% administrative.
    QUALIFICATIONS for all positions include: NY State license. Preference is BE/BC in Addiction Medicine or previous clinical experience providing medical-assisted treatment to patients with opioid use disorders. Must have an active DEA.
