Community Hospital in the Gateway to the Outer Bank, 60 miles from Virginia Beach, is looking for 2 hospital employed internal medicine physicians. The hospital is going to put both physicians in the same office 1 block from the hospital. The position will be outpatient only and they will admit to the hospitalists. Share in a 1 in 3 phone call that will grow to 1 in 4 when the 2nd physician is hired. The hospital is offering a $160,000 base salary plus $20,000 in annual incentive bonuses, malpractice, $12,500 in relocation, $15,000 sign on bonus, 35 days PTO, 10 days CME plus $4,000 allowance, $1,200 a month temporary housing allowance for 3 months, health, dental and vision insurance.
