Community hospital in Southern Oregon is looking to recruit two primary care physicians to replace two physicians who are retiring. One option is to work with one other physician and the second is to work with a three physician practice. Both groups share phone call which is 1 in 5. They have a hospitalist group that does all the inpatient work. This can be an employed position from the hospital or they are willing to offer in income guarantee if private practice is preferred.
