Round on patients in the ICU. The patient base is very low managed care. They are offing a competitive base salary starting in the $180,000 range plus incentive bonuses. Their top producing physicians are making up to $350,000. They also provide malpractice, relocation and sign on bonus and full benefits. Partnership is offered after two years with no buy in.
