  • Hours:Clinic is open Monday - Thursday 8 am - 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 6 pm, Saturday 9 am - 5 pm

  • Compensation: $225,243 - $304,740 annually

    - Medical Insurance; We offer a choice between three carriers: Sutter Health Plus, Western Health Advantage, &is Kaiser Permanente. One Community Health covers about 90% of the Employee only premium & also covers 75% of the costs for dependents and/or partners/spouses.
    - Dental/Vision; Two Dental plans are offered through Delta Dental: PPO & DHMO. DHMO is paid in full by the employer (employee only) & VSP Vision Insurance is paid in full by the employer (employee only).
    - CME- $3,000 & 40 hours annually

  • Additional Info: - Responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients living with HIV and management of common and complex diseases.
    - Maintain a clinic panel inclusive of HIV, Hep C, and Gender Affirming Care patients for ongoing infectious disease oversight and primary care.
    Qualifications:
    - Board certified or eligible in Infectious Disease
    - Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with experience in the care of persons living with HIV and within six months, become certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
    - Possess a DEA certificate
    - Current CPR Certificate
