• Additional Info: Under the general direction of the Medical Director, the Physician provides primary medical and preventive care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses in their assigned clinic site(s), in accordance with federal, state, and other administrative requirements.
  This position requires that the physician be a graduate of an approved medical school and have completed a residency program in one of the primary care specialties;
  Preferred experience in a community health center, and working within a managed care environment.
  - Documentation of education, experience, and licensure is required and must be maintained; the physician must be insurable under the policies and requirements of LFMC;
  - Current licensure for the state of New Mexico is required;
  - Board-certified or board-eligible in the specified area of medical specialty;
  - Federal DEA Certification;
  - NM State controlled substance registration;
  - ACLS or CPR certification
