This position is outpatient work only and would be idea for a candidate who has a strong interest in care of geriatric patients. Join this well established large multi specialty group that includes 80 providers. Manitowoc county is located in Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Michigan. It is idea for raising a family and pursuing outdoor interests. There is an abundance of public beaches, state parks, and biking trails in the area. There are also numerous lakes for fishing and boating. This is an ideal location, 45 minutes from Green Bay, hours from Milwaukee and hours from Chicago. This is an employed position. The annual salary is between $170,000-$200,000 per year based on experience. They are offering $25,000 for sign on bonus and production bonuses are based on net revenue. They are offering $9,000 for relocation expenses, $8000 for retention bonus, 31 paid vacation and holidays, $4000 and 50 hours for CME, also several pension funds, flexible benefits, health, dental, vision and many additional benefits.
