Position Highlights:



  • Join Northside Hospital Heart Institute (NHHI), one of the most comprehensive cardiovascular programs in Georgia and the Southeastern United States.

  • Work with a diverse team of over 90 board-certified specialists, including cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and vascular surgeons.

  • Deliver expert cardiovascular care at four large hospitals and a quaternary cardiovascular center in the rapidly growing North Atlanta area.

  • Staff outpatient offices in some of the fastest-growing counties in the country.

  • Provide advanced cardiovascular imaging, accredited chest pain centers, and nationally recognized regional STEMI/PCI network.

  • Conduct a full range of complex coronary, vascular, and structural heart interventions.

  • Participate in a comprehensive ECMO/mechanical circulatory support program and a heart failure team.

  • Lead or contribute to clinical research initiatives through a robust clinical research unit.

Qualifications:



  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology.

  • Board certified/board eligible in cardiovascular disease.

  • Current Georgia Medical licensure or ability to obtain an unrestricted Georgia license.

  • Completion of ACGME or AOA accredited residency in Internal Medicine followed by a successful fellowship in Cardiology.

  • Participation in general, inpatient, and STEMI call with advanced practice practitioner (APP) support.

  • Prior practice experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication in a cohesive team-based environment.
