  • Experienced Medical Director for an established hospitalist program in Nashville, Tennessee

  • Must be board certified in Internal Medicine

  • Must have past hospitalist leadership experience

  • full-time staff of 12-14 hospitalist

  • this positions will be 60% clinical and 40% administrative

  • potential to work a shift model schedule if desired

  • ideally the group is looking for someone to start in 3-4 months

  • a nurse practitioner is assigned to the Medical Director

  • their are a team of Pulmonary/Critical Care doctors to handle ICU procedures and a separate codes team

  • the group covers the malpractice, tail insurance, and relocation reimbursement
