ONLY NICU in the region
NNPs take first call at night
Level III NICU without surgical sub-specialties
NRP certified
Intubation, chest tub placement
Central line placement
Paracentesis
Spinal taps
Exchange transfusion
Thermal cooling
Vent management including oscillators and iNO
