The position requirements/information:
 - BE/BC Required, Neo 24/ 7 in house coverage
 - Level 3 NICU (high acuity) 24 hr shifts . No NNPs - all in house
 - One day on, followed by a day off ( never two in a row).
 - 20 beds - Level III NICU, Ave Daily Census (ADC) - 11
 - Delivery attendance required, little to no newborn, no peds
 -  occasional prenatal consult (courtesy).
