  • Compensation: Competitive compensation DOE., in alignment with the National Association of Community Health Centers. Annual salary range of $185,000-$207,000.

  • Additional Info: Care for the population of Washington, NC with community health, and outpatient environment. We are seeking a provider that can be intuitive with our patient population requiring diverse care.
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Provider will provide administrative and clinical services to all sites within Agape Family Health.
    -Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.
    -Refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment.
    -Provide monthly supervision to new Physician Assistants (PA)
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Graduated from an accredited medical school
    -Open to new grads with exceptional remarks and clinical experience or an experienced provider that can provide leadership expertise and work in a CMO role.
    -BE/BC
    -NC state license
    -Valid driver's license
