Board Certified Neurology - Required
Looking for a vascular neurology / interventionist but can also consider a neurosurgery interventionalist (fellowship trained) and a radiology interventionist (also fellowship trained)
Active Nebraska License- Required. Can now consider providers obtaining or with NE temp/locum license while the full NE license is in progress. Also can consider providers with active IMLC to obtain NE license quickly. MUST STATE IMLC AT NAME CLEAR.
BLS, DEA, Moderate Sedation Training - Required
Required Procedures: Thrombectomy Coiling Diagnostic Cerebral angiogram Flow diversion - Required
Must have mechanical thrombectomy volume requirement met of 15 per year or 30 in two years - Required
Availability for dates at name clear - Required
Clean Malpractice/Background for credentialing - Required
Local, no flights - Preferred
