  • Supportive Team Environment: Collaborate with a team of six experienced neurologists, two advanced practice providers, and a team of specialists within the Neurosciences Service Line, including neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and sleep medicine physicians. Our team also includes two experienced nerve conduction technicians to support your neurophysiology and neuromuscular evaluations.

  • Focus on Outpatient Neurology: Concentrate on managing patients in an outpatient setting. Our dedicated two-provider neuro-hospitalist team handles inpatient consultations, ensuring seamless continuity of care for your patients who require hospitalization.

  • Streamlined Technology and Support: Utilize the Epic electronic medical records system for efficient documentation and streamlined communication. Our organization provides the necessary support staff and resources to ensure you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Comprehensive Neurological Care: Work alongside partners fellowship-trained in epilepsy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, and headache, as well as two general neurologists. This comprehensive team approach allows you to leverage diverse expertise and provide the best possible care for your patients.

  • Additional Resources: Benefit from access to telehealth stroke support, an embedded psychologist to provide additional support for your patients, and the resources of a 200-bed Level III community hospital.


What You'll Do:



  • Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations to diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions, including neuromuscular disorders.

  • Perform and interpret electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS) to assess nerve and muscle function.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, collaborating with other specialists within the Neurosciences Service Line as needed.

  • Educate and counsel patients and families about their diagnoses, treatment options, and overall well-being.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the Epic electronic medical records system.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurology and participate in continuing medical education opportunities.


Who You Are:



  • Board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) with a subspecialty certification in neurology (BC) or board-eligible (BE) with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence. Training and/or interest in neuromuscular disorders and EMG/NCS is a plus.

  • Possess or be eligible to obtain an active state medical license in Washington State.

  • A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

  • The ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within the electronic medical records system.
