Are you a skilled and compassionate neurologist looking for an exciting opportunity in a beautiful, thriving region? A well-established healthcare network in New York is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent compensation and benefits.


Position Overview:



  • Specialty: Neurology

  • Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts

  • Patient Population: Primarily adult patients

  • Practice Type: Outpatient, 100% adult care

  • Location: Near Warnerville, NY (A scenic and affordable area with excellent recreational and cultural opportunities)

  • EMR System: EPIC

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide general neurological care in an outpatient setting

  • Manage a caseload of 6-7 patients per day

  • Conduct diagnostic procedures such as EMG/NCS and EEG (required)

  • Deliver specialized care for ALS patients (prior experience preferred)

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes


Qualifications:



  • Required:

    • Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Neurology, Physiatry, Palliative Care, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care

    • Active New York medical license (or in progress)

    • BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain)

    • At least 1 year of physician experience with ALS care (not including training)

    • Ability to perform EMG/NCS and EEG

    • Interest in providing comprehensive neurological care
