This is an exciting opportunity for Neurologists with fellowship training and/or a strong clinical interest in Headache Medicine.





  • Established practice




  • Comprehensive Headache Program established 6yrs ago




  • Fellowship Training Preferred, but not required




  • Join a team of Psychologists, 2 Midlevel providers, RN and MA’s to manage a lead comprehensive headache program in SE Wisconsin




  • Outpatient Only Practice




  • Call 1:3 with two NP’s




  • Full range of service available for patients and referrals

This facility has a newly constructed comprehensive headache center with procedural rooms for IV. There's Labs and Radiology in Hospital along with a Nutritionist and Physical Therapy readily ;
