    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -High value is placed on support and collaboration, with onsite psychiatrists available for supervision and consultation
    -Ideal candidates must possess analytical skills and the ability to make sound clinical recommendations.
    -Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    -Must exhibit good judgment and tact in dealing with patients, and families, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -BE/BC
    -New grads/H1-B visas supported
    -Licensed in the state of MA
