  • Compensation: Compensation is determined on experience. Willing to consider new grads with prior RN experience in an outpatient/community health environment.
    -Range consists of $99,000-110,000 annually.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Medical actions are directed toward the goals of prevention, assessment, risk reduction and health status improvement for individuals, families, and the community. -Medical activities include but are not
    limited to, systematic analysis of health data, care plan development, health
    education, and advocacy.
    -No weekends required, clinic operating hours provide a work-life balance of 8AM-4:30PM
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -BC
    -Licensed in the state of OH.
    -1 year NP experience PREFERRED
    -Willing to consider new graduates with prior RN outpatient/community health experience
