Looking for FNPs with an Arizona License that can be available from the middle to end of October through the end of the year. Needed Mon-Fri approximately 8-10 hours a day or 3 12 hour shifts.
Must worked continuously for the last 2 years and provide case logs.
Being primary care we refill medications, order labs, imaging referrals. Follow routine problems such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Anxiety/Depression etc. But also take walk-ins so there may be UTI's, colds, sutures, injections.
