Nurse Practitioner is needed to join family health center in Lake County, California. You will work at a multi dimensional program that assist people with chronic pain. The clinic is designed to help people over come use of pain medicine. You will work with a PM &R, Physiciatrist, Dietician, other mid level providers. You will work with a diverse patient ; You will work with adults only. This is a rural health clinic. This position is employed by the hospital. This community is located 2 1/2 hours from Sacramento. This community is known for its vineyards and is located near the largest lake in California. The salary is negotiable and you will receive full benefits.
