Small community in Western Colorado is seeking a skillful, compassionate full-time Nurse ;This is a new position in an Internal Practice Clinic. This new position involves providing care as part of an outpatient practice. The focus of the job includes providing care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Provides for the diagnosis and treatment within the scope of his/her scope of practice
• Provides follow-up on patients seen including chart notations, lab review, and referrals to specialists.
• Maintain adequate documentation of all patients seen, including follow-up and referral in the electronic medical record.
• Able to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting; must demonstrate leadership
We are looking for a candidate with Colorado licensure as a NP; Internal Medicine/Family Practice experience preferred; Current BLS certifications required. Candidate must be flexible and able to adjust their schedule to meet patient/staff needs; Fluent in Spanish and English (speak, read, and write) preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal, written, and electronic means.
