• Call Schedule: 1:5 weeks rotated

• Compensation: Salary range $90k-$110k, negotiable based on experience.

  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  - Works as part of the medical provider team, providing medical services to the patients of the community health center.
  - Provide primary care services as licensed independent practitioners
  - Actively participate in the implementation and evaluation of the Patient-Centered Medical Home using team-based care to achieve improved health outcomes as well as improved patient experiences.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - SC license
  -1 to 2 years of experience preferred but willing to accept RN experience
  - Current MAT certification or willingness to obtain
