We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with a background in Family Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team near Argos, IN. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated provider who is committed to delivering comprehensive care to patients and their families within the community.
Position Overview:

- Manage an average of 20 - 25 outpatient visits per day, ensuring you can provide personalized, high-quality care.

- Work alongside dedicated Medical Assistants (MAs), with additional MA support for the practice, to streamline your daily workflow.
- On-Site Resources:
- Access to lab and X-ray services on-site, facilitating efficient and effective patient care.
- Specialty Support:
- Collaborate with a wide range of specialty practices within the network, including Orthopedics, Rheumatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Vascular, OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, and Pulmonology.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a Family Medicine office setting is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong ties within the community and among the medical staff.
- Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to provide coordinated, top-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Master's Degree: Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Nationally Recognized Certification: Required
- Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Required (American Heart Association)
