We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with a background in Family Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team near Argos, IN. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated provider who is committed to delivering comprehensive care to patients and their families within the community.


Position Overview:



  • Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

  • Shift: Day

  • Schedule: Regular Full-Time

  • Work From Home: No

    • Access to lab and X-ray services on-site, facilitating efficient and effective patient care.



  • Specialty Support:

    • Collaborate with a wide range of specialty practices within the network, including Orthopedics, Rheumatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Vascular, OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, and Pulmonology.




Ideal Candidate:



  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in a Family Medicine office setting is highly preferred.



  • Skills:

    • Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong ties within the community and among the medical staff.



  • Team Collaboration:

    • Ability to work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to provide coordinated, top-quality patient care.




Qualifications:



  • Educational Requirements:

    • Master's Degree: Required

    • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Nationally Recognized Certification: Required



  • Certification:

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Required (American Heart Association)
