  • Hours:Monday - Friday; 10 hour clinical shifts 4 days per week, half-day admin completed from home
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen: 8 - 10 patients per day, 30 - 40 minutes per patient; 200 - 250 patient panel
  • Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 plus bonus up to 15% of salary

  • Additional Info:
    - See 1-2 patients/hr, with goals set to drive interpersonal relationships with patients & families
    - A dedicated driver or rideshare provides transportation while you maintain a medical supply kit
    - Use of iPad for EMR charting
    - Heal operations support for prescription refills, lab follow-up, & coordinated care management
    - Will travel 150 miles per day (can travel 200+ miles- up to provider)
    - The provider is assigned a region closest to their zip code once hired
    Qualifications:
    - 2 yrs experience
    - Strong belief in the revolutionary nature of house calls & passion for improving (or better yet disrupting) care delivery
    - Consistently exhibit the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, accountability, & compassion
    - Willingness to work in a revolutionary environment that sometimes necessitates last-minute problem-solving & out of the box thinking
    - Technically savvy & comfortable using tools such as iPads for charting & HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination
