  • Call Schedule: Minimal phone only call 2-3 days per month

    - FNP will be one of a 3-4 provider team with FP physicians in the practice for support.
    - Work 3 days in our Beaver River location and two in our Copenhagen office.
    - Ideal candidates will possess leadership, customer service, and strategic vision.
    Clinic hours: 7:30 am - 7 pm
