What We Look For:



  • Experienced Practitioner: Minimum of 4 years of longitudinal experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

  • Active Washington State License: Ability to obtain and maintain an active license in Washington State.

  • Effective Communication: Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families.

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.

  • Local Residency: Desire to reside in Grant County, Washington.

  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
